Running two web hosting sites from one Reseller account?

I have been reading a lot over the last month and one specific theme keeps coming up (other than customer service) for doing well in this business and that is "find a niche". So I have two in mind and wondered if you can run two hosting sites from one reseller account. For instance, I get an account at a Reseller site such as many that advertise here at WHT, and I am able to create two hosting sites, one that specializes in "A" and another that specializes in "B".

Are you able to do this? My thought is that you are not since you may only have license for one instance of ClientExec/WHMCS and/or WHM.
If you cannot do this with reseller accounts what would you suggest, would a VPS account allow this or would you run into the same problem of licenses?
