I’m very confused on why WowRack (http://www.wowrack.com) has contacted me in regards to reselling. I’ve never contacted this company and today was the first day I’ve ever visited the companies website.

I have gotten maybe 75 chargebacks in my day and I have yet to win a single one of them. Today, I lost the most annoying case ever.

I showed them every single shred of proof that they would need to determine that the customer was using our services and yet I still lost the chargeback.

Its so freaking annoying. This customer was using my service for 3 years and finally paid off her bill, and as soon as she got her domain name reactivated she reversed the manual paypal payment.

So my question is, why do they even bother sending me these worthless notices if there is no way an online merchant can win anything without a signature?

I’m seriously going to just call them up and tell them to stop sending me this crap.

In the past we have bought a domain for each server, and it’s really starting to piss me off.
