brandable vs keyword domain name for hosting company
November 25, 2009
Also when look at top 10 webhost companies some have host or hosting in domain name and others don’t but more like branded.
ex: hostgator, hostmonster, bluehost, hostdime, hagenhost…. VS. rackspace.com, iweb.com, fatcow, site5, theplanet, 1and1, gogax, arvix….
It is hard to find an excellent domain name .com with keyword in it. So what will you recommend? nonsense keyword (ex: sometinghosting.com or brandable 5 letter .com )
Also keyword (host or hosting) is not anymore useful in domain for SEO as you will hardly come up these days as competitors is huge.
