ever get a stupid chargeback?

We don’t normally get chargebacks, our last one was in january or so and that one made more sense. But earlier today we got a reseller account order. About 3 hours ago. He used a domain that was already on our server. The account was suspended for hosting viruses. I emailed the new client asking for Identification and to confirm his relation with another client with the same IP, address, but with different Name, and of course same domain name.
So a few minutes ago, instead of replying, he decides to chargeback saying he never got his package. There is like a 3 hour window between his order and the chargeback which I find extremely stupid. And he had the nerve to use the word "fraud" in the paypal dispute…I did report him to paypal afterwords just to make sure he’s not doing this to others as well.
anybody else have anything like this in the past? why can’t people communicate and cooperate sometimes?
