Need Help -Hosting Clients for SALE

I own a small web hosting and was approached by a company that specializes in providing web hosting clients. They have some terms like my monthly hosting must be month to month and must not cost more than $9.95 monthly and for each client they recommend I will be paying a flat rate of $55 and they guarantee that if my service is what I claim it is, the client may remain with me for a year.
What do you guys think about that? They asked that I pay upfront but they guarantee the signup will be complete in 24-48 hrs
I will really appreciate your advice on this.
Self Employed Or Limited

im about to start a hosting company, and was simply wondering,
if i go self employed,
can i still run via a domain.tdl
can i place my self employment number on the website,
or do i have to register as a company to run via a domain,
what are the advantages of self employed and Limited,
for example, ill take hostgator for example as people no who these are,
if i was self employed, could i still sell hosting via the hostgator.com domain,
or would it have to be something like
myname.com
please can people help me out,

A simple question.. Number of support tickets

I know that, this will depend on the number of clients and whether a particular server is running good hardware or software or whether it was configured by a competant system adminstrator etc and etc.
But all said and done and assuming all parameters are equal, Say for example for a 1000 client small hosting company, how many support tickets can be expected per month approximately?
