Right now our live chat support is not 24/7, more so 12/24 and our tickets average a 2-8 hour response/resolution time. If we would have a team to handle true 24/7/365 live chat support with 15 minute ticket response times would it be worth a price increase for new clients?
For example:
$8.95/mo would go to $12.95/mo
$16.98/mo would go to $22.95/mo
We love the thought of stellar service but would clients be willing to pay for it? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
