Hi there,
When I view job posts in the Offers forum, re: Level 1 Technicians, followed by requests like, Experienced Knowledge about cPanel/WHM. What exactly does this entail?
Is it enough that you know how to use the functions within cPanel/WHM? Or is there more to it? I would imagine you would probably have to explain certain functions. Is that a part of ‘Experienced Knowledge’?
Also, looking back on re: Level 1 Technicians, what exactly would someone’s job entail should they be a Level 1 Technician? I probably know some things and can learn others, however I don’t know exactly what people want when it comes to this.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
