Searching for a partner!

Hello, I’m searching for a partner to run my new web hosting business with. The plan is that we’ll split everything 50/50, which also means that costs will be payed by both. I have experience with running a web hosting company, I know how to manage WHM/WHMCS.

I have already calculated all costs, we will be using a XenVPS.
Monthly Cost: $40 USD (with cPanel/WHM, WHMCS, 2IP’s, 800GB BW, 10GB Disk Space)

Every penny that we earn will also be split 50/50.
My only requirements are that you’re familiar with running a web host as well.
